Alison Hammond

Alison Hammond is an Associate Professional Counselor who desires to help individuals find hope, healing, grace, and purpose. Alison understands the importance of the therapeutic relationship and believes in offering a place to grow and find restoration. Alison has a passion for working with children, adolescent and young adult populations who face issues of anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, disturbance in conduct, self-esteem, and trauma. Her ideal client is one that is ready to begin their journey towards healing, one that is open and willing to engage in a therapeutic alliance in order to mutually work towards obtaining successful and lasting growth.
Alison’s experience serving in the professional mental health community includes providing services to children and adolescents within the foster care system, as well as providing care to students within school based mental health programs, and behavioral aid within community settings. Her objective is to offer compassion and empathy to those seeking hope and healing. She applies a tailored treatment style to help each client achieve specific goals.
Alison loves to spend time at home and traveling with her husband and their dog Joel.
