Andrea McComis Sobel
Andrea has a heart for helping others navigate life’s challenges and pursue growth and wellness in all areas of their lives. She enjoys working with people from all stages of life including teens, young adults, and couples. Andrea’s areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
Andrea believes in cultivating a therapeutic relationship with her clients where they feel safe, empowered, and understood while they work towards growth and change. Andrea works with clients to help them discover the tools and support they need to make lasting and effective changes and achieve their goals.
Andrea received her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia.
When she is not with her clients, Andrea spends her time with her fiance and their three dogs. She loves to travel and try new restaurants and foods.
Andrea is a Certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator.
Andrea is under the directed experience and clinical supervision of Carleen Newsome, M.A., LPC, CPCS.
