My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through and feel genuinely heard. Therapy should feel natural, like having an honest conversation with someone who is truly listening and invested in understanding your experience.
I tend to work with thoughtful, reflective adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief, or major life stressors. Many of my clients appear to be doing well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. Some come to therapy after painful experiences or losses, while others are trying to better understand patterns in their relationships, emotions, or sense of identity. Many clients are not only looking to heal from difficult experiences, but also to understand how those experiences have shaped them and how they can move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
I’m currently a PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at Mercer University, where my work focuses on integrating research with practical counseling tools that support healing and personal growth. In therapy, I always incorporate a trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients process difficult experiences and develop healthier ways of responding to stress.
My approach is collaborative and thoughtful. Many of the people I work with are curious about themselves; they want relief from stress and anxiety, but they’re also interested in understanding the deeper patterns that shape their lives. Together we work to make sense of what you’ve been through, strengthen your resilience, and help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with who you want to be.
