  • Morgan Sanford

    Morgan Sanford is a warm and collaborative therapist who specializes in supporting individuals navigating chronic illness, eating disorders and body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they move toward greater emotional and physical well-being.

    She takes a holistic, person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques. Morgan also offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy for trauma. Her work is grounded in a holistic, person-centered lens that honors the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of healing.

    Morgan is committed to the Health at Every Size® (HAES) approach and supports clients in cultivating a more peaceful relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves. She also offers faith-based counseling for those who wish to integrate their spiritual beliefs into therapy.

    All sessions are currently offered virtually for clients across the state of Georgia, allowing for flexible, accessible care.

    Morgan earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and is currently working under clinical supervision toward full licensure.

    Outside of work, Morgan finds joy in traveling, curling up with a good book, and exploring new coffee shops. She also understands the firsthand challenges of chronic illness and eating disorders and is passionate about supporting others with similar experiences.
