Morgan is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and embrace emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. She enjoys working with teens, college students, young adults, and women as they work through concerns such as eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, and chronic illness or pain.
Morgan believes in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to pursue healing and growth. She takes a holistic, person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques. She is also committed to the Health at Every Size model, promoting body acceptance and a positive self-image. For those seeking faith-based counseling, Morgan offers this as an option to incorporate spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process.
Morgan earned her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Georgia and a Bachelor in Science from Michigan State University.
Outside of work, Morgan finds joy in traveling, curling up with a good book, and exploring new coffee shops. She also understands the firsthand challenges of chronic illness and is passionate about supporting others with similar experiences.
